As an LPC-Supervisor, I am passionate about guiding LPC-Associates on their journey to becoming skilled, ethical, and confident Licensed Professional Counselors. My role is to support you fully, offering individual, group, and dyadic supervision, as well as crisis support at no extra charge. Whether you’re building your own practice or gaining experience in an organization, I am here to help you develop a strong foundation for your career.
Supervision with me is comprehensive and hands-on. Together, we’ll cover essential topics such as:
* Ethics
* Case conceptualization
* Culturally sensitive best practices
* Experiential activities and role-play scenarios to build the skills you want to bring into your work with clients.
* Theory exploration
* Progress Notes and Treatment planning
* Crisis/ psychological tools
* How your internal experiences influence your therapeutic style and impact.
* Transference, countertransference, resistance, and other dynamics that shape your effectiveness as a therapist
* Goal Setting for your future. How to setup your private practice.
Supervision Investment Fees:
- Individual Supervision: $100 per session, or $400 flat monthly rate (includes supervision and additional benefits) Individual supervision offers a confidential space for therapists to receive personalized guidance, discuss cases, refine skills, and explore challenges. This focused support deepens clinical insight and promotes high-quality client care.
- Dyadic Supervision: $65.00 per person/per session (Includes 2 LPC-Associates) Dyadic supervision pairs two mental health practitioners for collaborative learning, mutual support, and shared problem-solving. This approach encourages diverse perspectives, strengthens clinical skills, and deepens professional relationships—ultimately enhancing growth for both participants and improving client outcomes.
- Group Supervision: $50 per person per session Group clinical supervision brings together multiple practitioners in a collaborative setting to share cases, gain feedback, and support one another. Through diverse perspectives and shared experiences, participants enhance their skills, grow professionally, and build a sense of community within the field.
